How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to secure checkout.

Can I edit my order after purchase?

Contact us immediately at contact@dutchthrift.com. If your item hasn't shipped yet, we’ll try to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. If you wish to change your mind, wait for delivery and then return the item within 14 days.

How long will my order take?

  • NL & BE: 1–3 business days

  • DE & FR: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of EU: 5–7 business days

Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes, orders placed before 15:00 CET on weekdays are shipped the same day.

How much is shipping?

Costs vary by location. Orders over €75 ship free within the Netherlands.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you’ll receive a track & trace link once your order ships.

Do you use recycled packaging?

Yes! ♻️ We use recycled or reused boxes and minimal plastic wherever possible.

Are the products new or used?

We specialize in used, vintage, and refurbished electronics — tested and cleaned.

Are your products fully tested?

Absolutely. All products go through strict testing and quality control before being listed.

What product conditions do you use?

  • Like New: Pristine condition

  • Gently Used: Light signs of use

  • Used with Wear: Fully functional, but visible cosmetic marks

Do items come with accessories?

Yes, unless otherwise stated. Check the product description for included items.

Can I reserve an item?

No. Due to high demand and unique inventory, all sales are first-come, first-served.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every item comes with a 90-day warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

What is not covered?

How do I claim my warranty?

Email us at contact@dutchthrift.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if possible.

What if repair isn’t possible?

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or — in rare cases — a refund.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. After initiating the return, you have another 14 days to ship it.

How do I return an item?

  1. Visit account.dutchthrift.com

  2. Log in with your order email

  3. Click “Return item” and follow the instructions

  4. Print the provided shipping label

  5. Send the product in original condition

What condition must returns be in?

Items must be unused, with original packaging, accessories, and intact warranty seals.

What is your refund policy?

✅ Full refund of the product price
❌ Shipping and return costs are not refunded
⏳ Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer, unless the item was faulty. Costs per country are:
